Sad news. This song is off Telefon Tel Aviv’s latest - and unfortunately last - release, Immolate Yourself, which came out just last Tuesday. Charles Cooper, half of the electronic duo, unexpectedly died on January 22nd, although he was not found in his apartment until yesterday. The duo have produced downtempo electronica since they began working together in New Orleans during the late 1990’s. Since 2004 they have called Chicago home, and were set to tour in support of the new album.
